Client Terms (Public Offer)

These Client Terms are the public offer under which WORLD FIRST FZCO, trading as GI Machinery, supplies construction equipment with licensed operators. Placing an order — in WhatsApp, by phone, or by paying an invoice-contract — constitutes acceptance of this offer.
How an order is formed
You describe the task; we issue an invoice-contract stating the machine class, shift length, price, mobilization and dates. Payment of that invoice-contract forms the agreement for that order.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in AED per 8-hour shift with a certified operator, excluding 5% VAT and mobilization unless stated otherwise. Orders are prepaid in full by card or bank transfer. A full UAE tax invoice with our TRN is issued for every order.
Related policies
Delivery, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Client Terms.
