Delivery Policy

GI Machinery supplies construction equipment with a licensed operator. "Delivery" means bringing the machine to the address stated in your order at the agreed time slot, and collecting it after the job. Equipment is delivered by licensed carriers.

Lead time

Standard: next day, within the time slot agreed in chat.
Urgent: same day, under 6 hours, subject to availability and card payment.
Long-term hire: delivery date is fixed in the invoice-contract.

Mobilization charges

Mobilization to site and demobilization back are quoted as separate lines in the same invoice-contract, before you pay. The charge depends on distance, machine class and whether a low-bed trailer is required. There is no hidden delivery fee added afterwards.

Service area

Dubai — Business Bay, Al Quoz, Dubai Industrial Park, DIP, Jebel Ali and JAFZA, Dubai South, Deira, Ras Al Khor, Nad Al Hamar, Al Qusais, International City, Dubailand.
Sharjah — Industrial Areas 1–18, Sajja, Al Saja'a, Hamriyah Free Zone.
Ajman — Al Jurf, Ajman Industrial.
Sites outside these emirates are quoted individually, including transport.

Status updates and confirmation

You receive live status in the same WhatsApp chat: departed → on site → completed. Order confirmation, the invoice-contract, the job ticket and the completion certificate are all delivered to that chat, and by e-mail on request.

What we need from you

Site access for the vehicle, a responsible person to receive the machine, valid site permits and NOCs, and safe ground conditions. If work cannot start because of site conditions, mobilization and standby time are chargeable under our Refund Policy.

Working hours

We operate 7 days a week. Dispatch team 06:00–22:00; the bot accepts orders 24/7. Friday and Saturday shifts are quoted at a weekend rate, always shown before payment. The statutory summer midday break (15 June – 15 September, 12:30–15:00) applies to outdoor work and shifts are split accordingly.
