These Terms govern the use of this website and the equipment dispatch service operated by WORLD FIRST FZCO under the trade name GI Machinery.
Governing law and domicile
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. WORLD FIRST FZCO owns and operates this website under IFZA License 46921.
Payment methods and currency
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in UAE Dirham (AED). The amount and currency shown at checkout are the amount and currency charged to your card and shown on your receipt.
Eligibility
Services are offered to businesses and to individuals aged 18 years or older. Persons under 18 may not register as users or transact on this website.
Restricted jurisdictions
We do not provide services to persons or entities located in, or acting on behalf of, countries or parties subject to OFAC or United Nations sanctions.
Transaction records
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and of these merchant policies and rules.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any credentials used to access our services, and for all activity carried out under them.
Service scope
GI Machinery arranges the supply of construction equipment with licensed operators. Terms specific to each order — price, shift length, mobilization, overtime, cancellation — are set out in the invoice-contract issued for that order and in our Client Terms, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy.
